The honest caveats — they stay on the page

These are gross revenue numbers at steady-state utilization, before rent, staff, payment processing, and marketing expenses. In boutique wellness, net margin is typically 15–30% of gross. Real payback assumes you can actually fill the room — which is where our marketing support comes in.
Premium-tier sessions ($225+) ramp slower than standard sessions because clients need education on what the experience delivers. The certification course and marketing materials we provide are designed specifically for this education arc.
Geographic variance matters. Premium-metro pricing (NYC, LA, SF, Miami) commonly supports a 20–40% session-price premium over the figures above. We can support practice-specific pricing strategy during onboarding.
No medical claims are made about session outcomes. Tesla BioLights is a wellness-experiential modality. Revenue projections are based on comparable-category session pricing, not on health-outcome claims.

The honest answers, asked and answered.

Does more devices mean more concurrent sessions?

No — and this is the most important thing to understand. More devices means deeper field coverage for the same client during the same session. Tier 1 = standard fifteen-minute session for one client. Tier 3 (6 devices) = premium circuit fifteen-minute session for one client, with the field surrounding them on multiple sides. The market prices that experiential difference. Exception: Tier 4 (12 devices) can be configured as 2 rooms of 6 for parallel premium sessions if your space supports it.

What's the real payback period?

Defensibly 4–10 months across all tiers at conservative utilization (8 sessions/day, tier-appropriate pricing). Premium and VIP tier sessions ramp slower because they require additional client education — we cover that in the certification + marketing support.

Do you take a royalty or revenue share?

No. Zero. Once you own the device, you own the device. Every dollar of session revenue is yours.

Why are in-house payment plans only available for 6 and 12 devices?

At the 1 and 2 device price points ($14,420 / $24,720), Sunbit, Cherry, and Affirm cover the full ticket cleanly with soft-credit-pull instant decisions and zero friction. There's no reason to add an in-house plan to that flow. At the 6 and 12 device price points ($74,160 / $148,320), retail BNPL doesn't reach — equipment financing is the industry-standard answer, and our in-house 30% + monthly plan is structured to be cleaner than typical equipment-financing terms.

Can I make medical claims about the device?

No, and neither do we. Tesla BioLights is a wellness-experiential modality. Making medical claims puts both you and us at regulatory risk. Our certification training covers compliant language for the Standard, Enhanced, Premium, and VIP tiers.

What if I want to upgrade my tier later?

Upgrading device count preserves your territory and tier-level support. Tier 1 practitioners can upgrade to Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 over time. We make this seamless because growing practices are exactly the practitioners we want in the network.

For 12 devices, how do I decide between VIP single-room and 2 rooms of 6?

It depends on your space and market. A flagship VIP single-room positioning ($425/session) suits a destination luxury offering with deliberate scarcity. A dual-room configuration (2 × $225 sessions) suits higher-volume premium throughput. We help you model both during the onboarding conversation.

What happens if a device breaks?

Warranty handles manufacturing defects. Maintenance support handles wear-and-tear. We send replacement parts quickly; for catastrophic failures, we coordinate device swaps.

Do I need insurance to operate?

General business liability is standard. The non-contact, non-invasive nature of the modality keeps insurance straightforward. We can provide referrals to wellness-industry-specialized carriers.

Can you guarantee my practice will be profitable?

No. No legitimate equipment provider can guarantee that, and anyone who does is misleading you. What we guarantee is the device, the training, the marketing support, and the territory exclusivity. Your practice's profitability depends on your operating discipline and local market — which is why we work with established practitioners with existing client bases.

Can I sell the device later if it doesn't work out?

Yes. You own it. We do retain right-of-first-refusal on the territory transfer (so the next operator in your area is also a qualified practitioner) but the equipment is yours.

How is this different from buying from a competitor like BioCharger or BEMER?

BioCharger sells the device with no territory protection and limited marketing support. BEMER operates an MLM-style distributor network.
